UK

Nothing extra to pay. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Outside the UK

Your country may charge import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee before releasing your parcel. These are set by your own government, not by us, are not included in what you pay here, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Whether you’re charged, and how much, depends entirely on your country’s rules. If you’re unsure, your national postal service or customs authority can tell you what applies.

European Union

Since 1 July 2026 the EU applies a €3 customs duty to orders under €150, charged per type of item - so an order containing both a hoodie and a t-shirt attracts it twice. Your country’s VAT and any local handling fee may also apply. All of this is collected on delivery.

United States

US orders work differently. Since the US ended its duty-free allowance for imported goods, every parcel attracts import duty regardless of value.

We handle this for you. It’s included in the shipping total you see at checkout, rather than shown as a separate charge, and we pay it to US Customs on your behalf.

That means there’s nothing to pay when your parcel arrives - no bill at the door, no held parcel.
